Continuous Glucose Monitor

Get real time feedback on how your body is responding to specific foods and activities. Each monitor blood sugars 24 hours per day for 2 weeks.  I recommend a 1-3 month plan to learn about all of your commonly consumed foods, activities, and life events.  

Glucose-Ketone Meter

Fingerstick blood glucose and ketone meter to assess whether you're actively burning glucose or fat primarily.  You'll also have access to a health dashboard that can sync up with other health data on one dashboard. 


Food Tracking Software

This FREE online tracker is a third party verified database of foods (including restaurants) for tracking your intake.  This database not only tells you carbs, protein, and fats, but also tells you a list of micronutrients (vitamins, minerals). 

Body Composition Scale

Generally, the scale is not a tool I recommend for most people...however, I do think understanding your body composition is.  The scale can go up or down and not be an indication of improving health.  What we want is more lean tissues (muscle and bone) and less body fat!  This scale helps you track the important metrics.
