Gluten free pancakes with only 3 ingredients: a blog post by Andrea Nicholson, Functional Nutritionist

Gluten-free
Soy-free
Dairy-free
Grain-free
It’s all possible and still have pancakes!! These are super easy and so delicious. 

3 ingredients: 1 mashed banana, 1 tbsp almond butter (or any nut butter), 1 egg
That’s all you need!  Mix all ingredients together and cook like any other pancake!
Top with whole fruit of your choice.  I topped mine with warmed blueberries. 
These are delicious for breakfast or dinner!
