Trauma, Grief, and Stress with Jenny Robbins

On this episode, I’m joined by Psychotherapist Jenny Robbins who is sharing her wisdom on techniques for recognizing and working through stress, trauma, and grief.  These are topics that affect us all, whether we recognize it or not. It doesn’t have to be related to death, abuse, or physical injury.  It can be a thought in your head, a witnessed event, or even a worry about something.

Listen to this episode to learn more about types of trauma, grief and stress you may not know about as well as multiple modalities for healing.  There is no one perfect path through these events, but you cannot have ideal health until you do heal.  You are worth the effort – so try various methods until you find what works for you.

Please also know that you do not need to go through this alone. Seek support and guidance from others who understand and can help you through the process.
