SUMMARY
Louise's Journey to Brain Expertise
Louise shares her story of how she became a brain expert after being diagnosed with chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and other health issues. She explains that she had 14 mercury fillings removed from her mouth, which led to chronic fatigue and Fibromyalgia. She then went to Naturopathic school and biofeedback classes to help her heal her mental, emotional, and physical health. Louise explains that the brain system is an acronym for many things, not just health and healing, and can be used for many different purposes.
Holistic Healing Practice Discussion
We had a discussion about a holistic approach to healing that incorporates physical, emotional, and spiritual elements. Louise shared her personal journey of developing a practice that uses energy work and other techniques to address a range of issues, from physical ailments to emotional trauma. She outlined her BRAIN system, which stands for Body detox, Release baggage, Align with spirit, and Integrate a New program. This system aims to address health concerns by considering the whole person, rather than just their physical symptoms.
Creativity, Boldness, and Assertiveness Coaching
Louise did a demonstration her her techniques, using me as a subject. In the exercise, I expressed a desire to become more creative, bold, and assertive. Louise guided me through a conversation that helped me understand the potential impact of these changes. Additionally, Louise introduced a technique to identify and manage distractions or obstacles that might hinder my intentions or goals. She illustrated this process using a metaphorical box representing one's focus and several strings symbolizing distractions.
Energy Cleansing and Self-Discovery
Louise guided me through a process of cleansing negative energy from past experiences. The conversation explored the concept of taking on the energies of others, particularly parents, and how this can impact one's sense of self. She identified specific situations from my childhood and teenage years that could be influencing my current state of mind. The conversation concluded with a ritual of releasing negative energies and replacing them with positive ones to enhance my well-being.
Relationship Healing and Energy Clearing
We discussed my past relationships, with a focus on one from high school. Louise identified and cleared an entity, possibly a past attachment, related to this relationship. Louise also emphasized the importance of clearing old energies and emotions from past relationships to promote freedom, peace, and clarity.
Energy Field Exercise for Intentions and Goals
Louise conducted an exercise with me that utilized numbers or codes, which are recognized as the universal language, to influence energy fields. The exercise involved affirmations and the goal was to place intentions and goals into the energy field. The session was designed to reset mental and physical vibrations and balance emotions. Louise had me affirm my creativity, boldness, and ability to connect with new people. The session concluded with a guided exercise where she locked in my goals, intentions, and purpose.
Mind Gems and Brain Soul Assessment Integration
Louise introduced me to a tool called Mind Gems, emphasizing its benefits, including trauma clearing, and its suitability for all ages. Louise suggested incorporating it into morning and night routines as a form of meditation.
