If we really think about it, most of us know WHAT we’re supposed to be doing, but we truly lack the consistency.  We need accountability and a clear action plan to make it happen. 
Having a support network helps, but it doesn’t have to be everyone around you.  Even ONE trusted person can make all the difference.
