The Journal of the American Medical Association published a study in September 2020 evaluating the use of time-restricted eating for weight loss in overweight and obese adults.

Their findings, unlike many other studies, showed little benefit. So, does intermittent fasting really not work any better than other diets? 

In this video, I walk through how they designed their study, their objectives, their results, and my thoughts about the results they found.
